Arrives within 5-7 business days. Totally trackable. With DHL international delivery
your Sundari product will arrive within approximately 5-7 working days. Orders
cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes and all packages must be signed for upon delivery, so please make sure you provide an accurate delivery address and mobile phone number. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been sent, so please double check all information is entered correctly before submitting your order.


Once we submit your package to DHL or USPS, you will receive an email with
confirmation and a tracking number. You can track your package all the way to
your doorstep by clicking the link in your email confirmation.
One last thing, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales
taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be
necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Sundari Swim is not
responsible for any fees or taxes you may incur, or if your product is seized by
customs. We recommend checking your destination country’s policies on import
duty, customs, and local sales taxes, as well as the rules and regulations for
importing foreign goods and products. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the item has been returned to us, the customer will be required to pay a re-delivery fee and duty tax for re-import of the swimwear. If the duty tax is more than the value of the swimwear, we will abandon the package.

EXCHANGES:

We totally get that making a swimsuit purchase online isn’t the easiest, and we are
committed to making sure you feel your best in your Sundari swimwear, so let’s
keep this simple! 

Sundari Swim does not offer refunds but we will happily accept exchanges on any regularly priced
merchandise that is unwashed, unworn, and unused. An original sales receipt MUST accompany the merchandise and the tags must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse any items that appear used or worn.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE:

1. E-mail us at contact@sundariswim.com within 3 days of delivery to request a
return authorization (RA) number. 
2. Ship the merchandise back to us within 10 days of delivery. 
3. Make sure you include the original sales receipt and packaging. Clearly write
your return authorization (RA) number on the outside of the package.

MORE ON RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBERS

Approval for return of items with an RA number can take up to 2 business days.
Each item that being returned requires its own RA number. Multiple items can still
be shipped together. Packages without return authorization (RA) numbers will be
refused.

HOW SHOULD I SEND MY EXCAHNGE?

We do not provide return labels and shipping fees are non-refundable. Please send your return via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL (for international orders). Make sure you have a tracking number as a way to ensure your package is received. Sundari is not responsible for packages that are lost by a carrier or shipped to an incorrect address.


PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds to your purchase.  We also do not accept returns/ exchanges on any discounted, flash sale, or sale items. These items are FINAL SALE. In the event that you receive a damaged sale item, let us know and we will issue a replacement.
